A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol around 06:47, the Defendant had the victim during the day-time treatment of the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol to drive 0.15%; (b) had the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol during the day-to-day treatment of the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol; (c) had the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol during the day-to-day treatment of the victim 361 under the influence of alcohol; and (d) had the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol during the day-to-day treatment of the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol; (d) had the victim 3 under the influence of alcohol during the day-to-day treatment of the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol during the day-to-day treatment of the victim 2 under the influence of alcohol; (e) had the victim 3 under the influence of alcohol during the day-to-day treatment of the victim 2 under the influence of the victim 2 under the influence of the said vehicle.
