A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C (the 24-year-old age), who was at the home of the Defendant’s OO of the building B in Sejong City, to continue to teach the victim C (the 24-year-old age), but (b) the victim took the victim’s cell phone at home, which read “I wish not to communicate because I want to do so, I would like to have the victim’s cell phone, which is a dangerous thing in the main room, deducted the victim from the victim’s cell phone; and (c) threatened the Defendant with the kitchen knick, which is one of the dangerous things in the main room, with the Defendant’s ship and hand, and threatened the victim.

2. 감금 피고인은 2019. 5. 1. 23:00경 세종시 D건물 OOO호 위 피해자의 집에서, 헤어지자고 요구하는 피해자에게 “이제 더 이상 못 살겠다, 같이 죽자”는 말을 하고 피고인의 가방에서 농약병을 꺼내 컵에 따른 다음 피해자에게 “너 먼저 저 농약 마시고 죽으면 나도 바로 뒤따라 농약을 먹고 죽겠다. 내가 준비한 것이 이것만이 아니다.”라고 말하고, 다음날 03:00경 “넌 어차피 평생 잘 거니까 푹 자라! 네가 잠이 들면 너를 죽여 버릴거다”라고 말을 하여 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자가 밖으로 나가려 하자 피해자를 붙잡아 침대에 내동댕이치고, 휴대폰을 빼앗는 등의 방법으로 2019. 5. 3. 08:00경까지 피해자를 밖으로 나가지 못하게 감금하였다.

Nevertheless, at around 07:00 on May 2, 2019, the Defendant is the victim’s face and chest at the victim’s home using the Defendant’s smartphone camera in the state that he was forced to be exempted from the victim’s tyrts, and was under the victim’s clothes.
