Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 11, 2019 by imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court.

On August 27, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license in around 21:43 on August 27, 2019, driven the D-Apurttur-Won car owned by the Defendant at approximately 430 meters from the vicinity B of the Manam-si to the front end of the Manam-si Si.
