A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced by the Cheongju District Court to interfere with business and to four months for fraud. On May 26, 2017, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Cheongju Prison on May 26, 2017. On June 21, 2017, the same court was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on June due to fraud, interference with the performance of official duties, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 29, 2017.

The Defendant, around 14:00 on August 19, 2017, 201, was provided with 25,000 won in total by 25,00 won in the market price, following the Defendant’s orders for food and alcoholic beverage to the victim, despite the absence of intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she was provided with food and alcoholic beverage because of the lack of money in fact, and the Defendant, at around 14:00 on August 19, 201, received 25,00 won in total from 8,000 won in the market price and received 25,00 won in total from the victim.

On October 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received treatment at the G emergency room located in Cheong-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju on October 19:35, 2017; and (b) did not receive hospital expenses; (c) the said hospital employees H (41) said “h (41 years of age)” referred to as “Asi-gu”; (d) the victim’s h (ora) h (a) h (i) h (i) h (i) h (i) h (i) h (i) h (i) h (ii) h (ii) h (i) h

around 22:40 on December 19, 2017, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 2752,” followed the Defendant by asking his personal information to the Defendant and Cheongju Police Station Justice JJJ of the Cheongju Police Station, who was called up after receiving a report from 112 on the Cheongju-si, on December 19, 2017, used the Defendant to voluntarily return home. In so doing, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, she took a bath to read “Yeaeae,” “Is the Marine Corps,” “Is the chest of the said K,” “Is the chest of the said K,” she tighted two times, hing the said L, and hing it by hand, and hing it over the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant performs his duties on the handling of 112 reports by police officers.
