1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On May 17, 1994, the Plaintiff purchased a B car (hereinafter “instant car”) and registered it in its name.

B. With respect to the instant vehicle, the head of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “head of Mapo-gu”) is the Plaintiff: (a) a disposition to impose automobile tax as stated in the attached Table 1; (b) a disposition to impose a fine for negligence in violation of compulsory insurance as stated in the attached Table 2; (c) a disposition to impose an inspection and a disposition to impose an administrative fine; (d) a disposition to impose an environmental improvement charge

According to the evidence No. 6 of Eunpyeong-gu, the head of Eunpyeong-gu revoked the imposition disposition of environmental improvement charges on the Plaintiff on December 26, 2014 and the imposition disposition of KRW 82,460 as environmental improvement charges from January 1, 201 to May 8, 201, the head of Eunpyeong-gu newly issued the imposition disposition of KRW 82,460 as environmental improvement charges.

The head of the Seoul Mapo Police Station imposed the fine for negligence on the attached Table 4 on the ground of the speed violation.

C. On August 21, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a report on the destruction of the instant vehicle with the effect that C was illegally scrapped while the Plaintiff sold the instant vehicle on or around April 2008 but did not have the registration of transfer. On November 19, 2014, the Seoul Administrative Appeals Commission made a request for a trial against the imposition of the instant automobile tax by the head of Mapo-gu Office, the imposition of compulsory insurance, the imposition of an administrative fine, the violation of the duty to inspect automobiles, and the imposition of an administrative fine on exhaust gas in violation of the close inspection, on the disposition of imposition of an administrative fine by the head of Mapo-gu Office for speed violations.

The head of Eunpyeong-gu filed an administrative appeal against the imposition of environmental improvement charges.

In this regard, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Administrative Appeals Commission shall file an appeal against the imposition of automobile tax.
