Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2020, around 09:43, the Defendant assaulted the main body of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, that “C” was sent to the scene after receiving a report from the captain E of the police box belonging to the Busan, the police station D, who was sent to the scene on the 112th day, who was urged to return home from the captain E of the police box belonging to the Busan, Jin-gu, the Defendant called “I would have to go home without any reason.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
