A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was at the front intersection in Switzerland-si, Macheon-si; (b) was reported by the Defendant at the driving seat of the EM5 vehicle; and (c) was demanded to voluntarily accompany the FJ to measure drinking alcohol by G belonging to the FJ forces of the Chuncheon Police Station FJ; and (d) the police officer went to the FF zone with the said police officer upon receiving a report from the Defendant, who was working in the EM5 vehicle driving seat.

On November 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the EM5 vehicle while under the influence of approximately 2 kilometers from the side of the “Ethmbio” located in Pyeongtaek-dong to the front side of the “Ethrombio” located in Pyeongtaek-dong to the front side of the Macheon-si Automatic located in Chuncheon-si, with approximately 0.181 percent alcohol content during blood.
