Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The Defendants did not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives of Busan Jin-gu D apartment complex, and the defendants B are the chairman of the same apartment management committee, and the defendants are the dismissal of the defendants A by the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives.

1. The crime committed on October 5, 2015;

A. On October 5, 2015, at the entrance of the above D apartment 2 complex 18:45, the Defendant: (a) tried to remove the victim A (the age of 64) by getting the victim dismissed by the president of the council of occupants’ representatives; and (b) attempted to remove the victim by getting the victim to the balloting booth and getting the victim to the balloting booth, and (c) tried to remove the victim by getting the victim aware of it to the balloting booth; (d) the Defendant 2 sustained the victim’s chest by sticking the victim’s chest by hand; and (e) sustained the victim’s left hand by 20 times and pushed it over 14 days, and caused the victim’s injury, such as an catum dial, which requires treatment for about 14 days.

Defendant A’s assault on February 21, 2016, around 18:05, on the road of the said D apartment 2 complex 212, around 2016, Defendant A, the victim B, with respect to the removal of the head of the Tong for apartment management expenses, the selection of the construction company of the apartment parking lot, and the problem of garbage disposal.
