The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant in the facts charged in the instant case is a person operating a stock company E that produces and sells automobile products in Suwon-gu Busan, and the victim F (V, 28 years old) is an employee working for the exhibition team producer in G Co., Ltd. for exhibition and event agent business.
