Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,00 from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court on May 9, 2012.

On June 17, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a BM3 car from the area near the original station in Sungnam-si to about 500 meters from the area near the original station in Sungnam-si to the front road.
