Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2018, the Defendant and the victim B (the age of 39) were the persons who were in ties with the Defendant from March 2018 to March 2018, and the Defendant sent a text message that “the victim’s cell phone “I shall find out a marriage ceremony due to bad impule” to the victim’s cell phone using the Defendant’s cell phone at an irregular place and at around 17:58 on August 11, 2018, and sent a text message that leads to fear or uneasiness to the victim from around that time to September 27, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

As a result, the defendant has repeatedly reached the victim's text that arouses fear or apprehension.
