Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 3, 2015, the Defendant publicly announced the classification of the curriculum books for middle and high schools, with the content that the curriculum books for middle and high school history and the Korean History Text (hereinafter collectively referred to as “sate textbooks”) shall be published as government-designated books.

B. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant confirmed a list of 47 historical textbook authors composed of 47 professors, middle and high school teachers, etc.

C. Around November 30, 2015, the Defendant confirmed the list of 16 historical textbooks compilation deliberation committees composed of 16 professors, professors, teachers of middle and high schools, parents, etc.

The Compilation Review Committee has deliberated on the compilation standards of textbooks, correspondence, etc., reviewed and deliberated the draft in the textbook writing process, and played a role of demanding revision and supplementation.
