A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to imprisonment with prison labor for committing murder and attempted murder, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 20, 2014.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a wooden warehouse in a hallway installed in the “Dnoro bank” corridor of the first underground floor, in order to enter, and intruded into, a building in the Manan-si, Annyang-si, Annyang-si; and (b) opened cans, coffee and 4 factorings (six per one factoring) at the market price owned by the victim E in the air.

B. From February 7, 2015 to December 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went to a cafeteria of the victim F’s “G” on the 1st floor around the new wall around the 12th day of the same month; (b) went to the air conditioning, with a small and fluence in the market price owned by the victim, and was stolen.

2. At night, around 19:00 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the 313rd floor of the 3rd floor of the C building in question; (b) had a approximately KRW 100,000,000 of the market price of Samsung Y2 mobile phones owned by the victim I, which was located there, and stolen.

3. From February 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around February 7, 2015, she had been sleeped in the 4th floor emergency stairs of the said C building; (b) around 01:16 on the 14th day of the said month, the Defendant invadedd the structure under the victim’s control by entering the 'H’ announcement board operated by the victim JJ of the said 2 and the third floor; and (c)
