1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 23, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. On August 13, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate lease agreement with the Defendant on real estate (24 months) with the real estate located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si. However, the Defendant did not pay monthly rent. On June 15, 2010, the Defendant prepared and issued a cash custody certificate of KRW 33,000,000 to the Plaintiff.

However, the defendant does not pay 3,000,000 won for the above monthly rent to the plaintiff more than several years.

Therefore, the plaintiff made a request for payment order to the defendant for the amount of money stated in the claim and the cost of demanding procedure.
