A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle B.

1. On February 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) was driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on February 15, 2019, and stopping the said vehicle on the side side of the road adjacent to a first-lane road in the Sacheon-si, the Defendant started driving on the side of the latter half-lane.

At the time, since the defendant entered a road on the side side, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is obliged to take the front, rear, and left and right of the motor vehicle, to give an advance notice of the entry into the road in advance, and to safely check the traffic situation in order to prevent accidents by entering the road.

2. Around 15:00 on February 5, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 50km from the front of the parking lot “H market in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the front road in Sacheon-si, South-do, South-do.
