A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant suffered injury on the part of the victim’s property from the house of the victim D (the age of 76) who is a prone of the Defendant in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, as a result of the refusal of this request, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, who is a lineal ascendant, by making two times the face of the victim’s face, including a face for about two weeks of treatment.
