1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) On August 7, 2013, the Defendant leased and used the lease deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 700,000, and the lease term of KRW 700,000 from August 24, 2013 to August 23, 2015.
