1. On June 1, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim B, at the “D” store where the victim B works in Heungi City, Inc., the Defendant: (a) expressed, under the influence of alcohol, that “the victim is a son of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and obstructed the victim’s store business for about one hour by force, such as spiting tobacco, spiting on the floor, cutting off, singing, singing, etc.
