1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

1. The Defendants, as the head of the direct sales team from around 2003 to F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”), from around 2004 to the director in charge of electric wire business, from around 2005 to the chief of the electric cable business; from around 2006 to the chief of the electric cable business; from around 2007 to the managing director of the electric cable business; from around 2007 to the managing director of the electric cable business; from around 2008 to the chief of the electric cable business; and from around January 2009 to the chief of the Y Co., Ltd.

B serves as the representative director from January 2007 to December 201, 2010, G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) engaged in the overall management of the company, and currently serves as the representative director of Y Co., Ltd.

C From 194, from around 1994, K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”) worked in the business sector, and from around 201, K is working as the head of the public-private partnership business team.

D from 190 to 190, as a general director of I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”), he was working as a representative director of the above company from 200 to 200, and is engaged in overall management of the company.

E is a managing director of J Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) from January 2003 to December 2004, from January 2005 to July 2008, and from August 2008 to the head of the business headquarters, from August 2008 to December 201, E has overall control over business and production.
2. Around May 2003, when the cable company caused the bid collusion, a notice of the reported interest and the new monthly cable purchase bid at the Korea Water and Power Plant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Water and Power Plant”) was given, H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”), F, G, K, I business team leader, and the operating officer of the H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”), the cable production company for nuclear power plants, are each cable in the F Meeting room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
