Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who processes and sells freezing, etc. by substantially operating “stock company B” and “E”.
1. In cases where Defendant A’s fishery products are packaged and sold, the weight of contents shall be indicated on the package and shall not exceed three percent of the weight bearing a shortage in actual weight (Provided, That this shall not apply until December 31, 2012), and such products shall not be sold unless the weight meeting the above criteria is indicated;

As a result, the Defendant sold cattle without indicating the weight that meets the criteria for the weight labelling of food determined by the Administrator of the Food and Drug Safety Office.
2. Defendant B, a corporation, the purpose of which is to manufacture, process, and distribute fishery products, such as freezing, etc., and, in fact, Defendant A, at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, sold so without indicating the weight that meets the criteria for the labelling of the weight of food, such as the description in paragraph (1), in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (b) of the same Article.
