A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2016, at around 10:45, the Defendant driven B-low-low-low-car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 500 meters section around the 500-meter section around the boundary of the Korea Electric Power Corporation located in the East Sea to the roads adjacent to the East Sea.
