A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act shall stay in the Republic of Korea beyond his/her sojourn status and sojourn period;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a foreigner of Chinese nationality, entered the Republic of Korea through Incheon International Airport on January 20, 201 as a visiting employment qualification, and was staying in the territory of Jeonnam Cancer, etc. by October 19, 2016 even after the expiration of the period of stay on August 5, 2016.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the vehicle C in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on October 18, 2016, and led to the two-lanes of the road in front of the 13-lane of the free trade zone of Samho-gun, Young-gun, Samho-gun, Samho-gun, Samnam, to proceed along one lane from the side of the Daeyang Heavy Industries to the Jin metal.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is prohibited from driving the center line with the center line, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

3.
