A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a cook who works in a “D” restaurant operated by Gangwon-gun B located in Gangwon-gun B.

On December 6, 2014, the Defendant assaulted F in front of the above restaurant, such as “C was dead at the restaurant,” and “C was in front of the restaurant to enter the restaurant for on-the-spot inspection,” and “hing off the front thereof, so it would be necessary to see it,” and “hing off the front thereof,” and “hing off the F’s face at one time in front of the restaurant.”
