Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the person who operates a cartel in Busan Jin-gu, and any person who carries on the amusement business affecting the public morals, shall not allow him to view or peruse obscene documents, drawings, movies, sound records, video products, etc.

Nevertheless, from July 19, 2010 to May 23, 2010, the Defendant installed a satellite receiver to view Japanese adult video works not deliberated by the Korea Media Rating Board at the first floor of the cel 1 operated by him/her from around July 23, 2013, and let guests view obscenity through television installed in each room.
