2. On January 3, 2018, the Defendant’s fraud against the Victim E is in the vicinity of the Defendant’s house located in the Yansan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on January 3, 2018, and the Victim E is not sufficient to purchase the heavy vehicle.

It is intended to lend ten million won to a third party after one week.
