A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 9 million won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the defendant under the name of the defendant for the same day as the investment money in the sale of real estate on the same day.
