Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Southern District Court of Jeonju on July 19, 2007, and a fine of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court of Gwangju on November 23, 2007.

On June 27, 2014, at around 23:13, the Defendant driven B rocketing car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.252% from the 2km section from the front of the Dongnam apartment parking lot located in Yangsan-dong, Gwangju, to the front of the 900-ro 72-ro, as it is located in the same Gu.
