Facts of recognition
A. As to the land of this case listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the land of this case”) 1, Plaintiff A made a registration of preservation of ownership on March 8, 1985. 2) The land of this case is packed as a road and is used as a road in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
3) Of the lands incorporated into D as roads, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of a public land consultation around 200 to 2001 with respect to the land adjacent to the instant land No. 1, among the lands incorporated into D. The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of a public land consultation around 200 to 201. B. The land listed in attached Table No. 2
1) The ownership relationship and the current status 1) E 322 square meters in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si was divided into F 291 square meters in September 16, 1992, G 5 square meters, and 2 land in this case.
2) On June 18, 1993, Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 26, 1993 on the land of this case on the ground of inheritance by consultation and division on June 18, 1993. 3) The land of this case No. 2 is incorporated into Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do and is being used as a road.
4) Of the lands incorporated into H as roads, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of a public site consultation around 1992 with respect to the land adjacent to the instant land No. 2, among the lands incorporated into H.D.
1) On December 29, 1979, the land of this case No. 3 was divided into the ownership relationship and current status.
2) As to the land No. 3 of this case, J completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 10, 1963 due to the completion of repayment on July 15, 1957. Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 2, 2014 due to the donation on November 26, 2014. 3) The land No. 3 of this case is incorporated into Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do and is being used as a road.
4 With respect to land adjacent to the third land of this case among land incorporated into H as a road, public land acquisition shall be made in around 1993 and around 1994.
