1. Defendant D, L, M, P, and Q Co., Ltd.: (a) from February 23, 2009, the amount of KRW 64,834,300 to each Plaintiff A, as well as the Defendant from February 23, 2009.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 29, 2008, Defendant A purchased 331/19,835 shares of 19,835§³ from Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) at KRW 29,00,00 in purchase price (hereinafter “instant 1 trade”), and paid all the purchase price to Defendant D, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 14, 2008 with respect to the said shares.
B. On October 8, 2007, Defendant A purchased 330/66 and 116 shares of 0,000,000 won in purchase price of 40,000,000 won from Defendant D’s 66,116 square meters of X-do Forest (hereinafter “instant land”). Defendant A completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said shares on December 22, 2008.
C. On February 3, 2009, Defendant B purchased from Defendant H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) 60/66,116 shares of KRW 50 million out of the land No. 2 (hereinafter “the third sales contract of this case”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 14, 2009.
On February 13, 2009, Defendant C purchased 265/66,116 shares of the land No. 2 of this case from Defendant H as the purchase price of KRW 29 million (hereinafter “the sales contract of this case”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 23, 2009.
E. Defendant J is currently the former director of Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”), the auditor of Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “F”), the representative director of Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”), the director of Defendant H, and the auditor of Defendant N Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “I”), and Defendant P is the representative director of Defendant E’s representative director, Defendant R is the director of Defendant G, and Defendant R is the director of Defendant I’s power of attorney, Defendant R is the director of Defendant G, and Defendant C’s auditor, Defendant C’s U, and Defendant T is the director of each Defendant H.
