When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 4, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Jeju District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on April 8, 2008, a summary order of KRW 2.5 million was issued by the same court as on April 8, 2008 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
On May 17, 2015, around 06:13, the Defendant driven a B leke car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.082% from approximately 50 meters away from the 500-1st road in Jeju city to the 25-1st road.
Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.
