Claim for delivery of a building on May 10, 2014 (a security deposit: KRW 50,00,000, monthly rent: KRW 3,000,000) on the ground that the lease contract (a security deposit: KRW 3,000) dated May 10, 2014, was terminated on the ground that the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, and a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent (including management fees) or a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the overdue rent as of April 24, 2015, (a) the overdue rent as of April 24, 2015: KRW 30,000,000; and (b) the date of delivery of a copy: Service by publication on July 31, 2015 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
