Upon examining the reasoning of the record, the court below’s rejection of the conviction of the first instance court and the acquittal of the Defendants on the ground that there is no evidence of crime as to the facts charged in this case against the Defendants on its reasoning is justifiable, and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
