Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2015, the Defendant driven the BK-5 vehicle from around 2km to the 2km-dong located in the same Gu Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, with alcohol content of 0.210% among blood transfusion around 00:16, the Defendant driven the BK-5 vehicle from around 2km-dong to the 2km-dong in the same Gu Seo-dong.
