All appeals are dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Upon examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below rejected all the defendants' assertions as follows, i.e., ① the fact that the forest of this case was donated from N N N, and ② the defendants, N or their children, who occupy the forest of this case in peace and openly and openly as their own intent during the period of acquisition by prescription, and accepted the plaintiff's claim for cancellation of registration of preservation of ownership as justifiable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by recognizing facts against logical and empirical rules or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on possession

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
