1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 14, 2020 to January 27, 2021.

Facts of recognition
A. C Co., Ltd. completed the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon as a person having chonsegwon Co., Ltd. from January 29, 2016 to January 28, 2018, with the former order number 8, 1703 as to D Apartment E (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and the contract on January 29, 2016 as the grounds for registration, the deposit deposit amount of KRW 145 million, the duration of the contract from January 29, 2016 to January 28, 2018; the priority number of the person having chonsegwon was former 8-2, and the receipt date was 3393 on February 9, 2018; the lease on a deposit basis was completed as 150 million won on February 29, 2018; and the lease on a deposit basis was completed as 300 million on February 28, 2018 to 200 million on the ground of change of the lease on a deposit basis (hereinafter “the lease on a deposit”).

On June 28, 2020, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with G Authorized Broker H (P) and I Authorized Brokerage Office J (B) as the Plaintiff’s agent, the Plaintiff’s mother-friendly K as the lessee. The term of the instant apartment between the lessor F and the lessor is from June 23, 2020 to June 22, 2022; the deposit is from June 100 to KRW 100 million (hereinafter “instant agreement”); the deposit is KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000 in the account transfer, remaining money is paid on June 23, 2020; and the lease agreement between the lessee and the lessee to set up and cancel the lease agreement and the lease agreement between the lessee and the lease agreement (hereinafter “the lease agreement of this case”). The lease agreement of this case should be set up and cancelled at the same time.

The Plaintiff, as the down payment of the instant contract, remitted 3 million won on June 8, 2020, and 7 million won on June 9, 2020 to F, respectively.
E. The Plaintiff is entitled to cancel the registration of the right to lease on a deposit basis and the Plaintiff’s right to lease on a deposit basis on the remainder payment date to H.
