Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) while driving a DMW car on the front of the CY car located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan. On April 21:45, 2015, the Defendant stopped the cab of the victim E (59 years old); (b) stopped the cab in front of the cab of the victim; and (c) left the said car to stop the cab; and (d) left the cab to stop the cab; and (e) left the cab as the victim would have reached the son, and (e) laid the frie, “this son,” and (e) would be more likely to die.

"In doing so, the victim was threatened by committing any harm to the life or body of the victim, as it would inflict any harm on the victim."
