1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of five months;

Punishment of the crime

1. Special violence;

A. On October 17, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime, around 19:10 on October 17, 2015, at around 19:10 on the eightth rooftop of the Gwangju Northern-gu D Building, the Defendant reported that a person who was unable to perform his/her name on the ground was walking, and had a stone studio (10cm in diameter) of a dangerous object (10cm) toward the victim.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

B. On October 31, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 18:40 on October 31, 2015, at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, one stone tent (15cm in diameter) (15cm), which is a dangerous object, deeming that a person who suffers damage to the name of the Defendant on the ground is walking or engaging in funeral services on the ground.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

(c)

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime on November 14, 2015, at around 18:45, up to November 14, 2015, one of the stone studs (breadth 8cm, length 12cm, height 3cm, weight 770g) (weight 8cm, height 12cm, weight 770g), which is a dangerous object, reported that a person who causes damage to the name in the place mentioned in the above paragraph (a) collapses the crosswalk.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

(d)

On December 18, 2015, around 19:10 on December 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim F (46 cm) on the fourth floor of the building adjacent to the 101-dong building of Gwangju Northern-gu E apartment complex on December 18, 2015; and (b) reported the ringing of the 4th floor of the building adjacent to the 101-dong apartment building; and (c) had one stone structure (10cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. On October 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on the eight-story rooftop of the Gwangju Northern-gu D Building, reported that vehicles are travelling on the ground on the eight-story rooftop of the Gwangju Northern-gu D Building; and (b) installed one stone string (13cc in diameter) which is an object dangerous to the road; and (c) damaged the victim G driving who was waiting in the atmosphere to turn to the left at the one-lane of the signal signals, to meet the straight right part of the HK5 car, the repair cost of which is approximately KRW 80,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and destroyed the car owned by the victim.
