Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the G and 22:30 on April 14, 2013, the Defendant d’F restaurant operated by the Victim E (V, 42 years of age) in the Gyeonggi-si (hereinafter “AF restaurant”), the victim called “11 city business is terminated;” and (b) the Defendant d’s motion to leave the restaurant at the 11st time; (c) the Defendant d’s motion to talk with the victim, such as “cock and opening the same year;” and (d) the Defendant d’s motion to talk with the victim, i.e., “n., h., h., “n., h., h.,” the victim’s report at the police station, was removed from the victim’s hand, and caused the disturbance by spreading the victim beyond the lock.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with C to interfere with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. In the same date, time, and place as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim E’s desire for the same reason as described in paragraph 1; and (b) sounded the victim’s neck by the Defendant’s hand with the defect reported to the police station; and (c) caused the victim’s injury to the victim, such as the scood scood dumumumumumumum, which requires treatment for about 14 days by leaving the victim’s hand.
