A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:30 on February 14, 2015, the Defendant damaged public goods, at 541-ro 36, Daegu detention house, 701-dong, Daegu detention house, 701-dong, the Defendant: (a) removed 2 acryle (35 cm, length 25 cm) of the market price of the Republic of Korea owned by the victim, which was installed on the window on the side of the outer wall of the toilet, and removed 2 acryle at both hand, and then removed 2 acryle at the right side of the left side of the entrance of the toilet, and destroyed it by taking the right side.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.

2. At around 10:20 on February 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took one crypt (18cm, 21cm) destroyed by the Daegu Detention House 701 Dong C; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened a living room to the Defendant; (d) the Party, affiliated with D, and E, an auxiliary employee, belonging to the Daegu Detention House, at the time, opened a living room to the Defendant, and suffered injury, such as a crypting the victim’s crypt (ma, 43 years old); (c) the Defendant took care of the victim’s crypt (ma, 43 years old); and (d) the Defendant took care of the victim’s crypt and crypted the victim’s crypt, etc., for about three weeks of medical treatment.

As a result, the defendant injured the victim and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of detention houses such as education of inmates and safety management.
