A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection and Observation of Specific Criminal Offenders and Electronic Monitoring, etc. at the Busan District Court on December 13, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence.

가. 피고인은 2015. 9. 29. 00:25 경 부산 남구 H에 있는 피해자 I( 여, 61세) 운영 ‘J ’에서, 영업 중이 던 피해자에게 “야 이 씹할 년 아 회 좀 도, 매운탕 좀 끓여 주라 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 윽박지르고, 피해자가 응하지 않자 가게 앞에 버티고 서서 손님들이 출입하기 불편하게 하는 등 약 10 분간 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
