Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding a criminal guilty of committing the crime of aiding and abetting on the ground as stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the crime of aiding and abetting, as alleged in the ground of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
