On March 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-type car under the influence of alcohol content 0.238% while under the influence of alcohol content 0.238%, from March 2, 2017, around the 12:30 roads in the G-dong G-dong G-dong, Gwangju to the roads in Hyundai Gameland located in 261 in the landscape of Gwangju-dong.
