A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of the E1 ton cargo vehicles and F2.5 tons of private cargo vehicles as a person who operates an article center in Gangnam-gu Seoul with the trade name of “D” in Seoul.

The owner or user of a private-use truck shall not provide or lease his/her private-use truck for compensation.

Nevertheless, at around 12:40 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a request from H to request for the transport of removal from G Apartment on the front 19-dong, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Apartment 19-dong; (b) loaded two f2.5 tons of f2.5 tons of cargo vehicles into the f2.5 tons of f; (c) transported to the storage warehouse located in the Gyeonggi-do Hanam-si; (d) loaded one fchi cooling and one fchip to the fchip vehicle in the E1 ton to the D office located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (d) received KRW 424

Accordingly, the defendant provided private cargo cars for cargo transport at a cost.
