A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2019, the Defendant received a proposal that “C,” which was introduced from female-friendly job offering B, shall communicate with the Kakakakao Kakao Kakao Ma, and received from the above employees in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, “I will pay KRW 00,000 to KRW 1 million in accordance with the amount of money received from the victims who misrepresented the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service by using a false document in the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission and received cash from the victims, and then transferred the money to the account designated by the said personnel in the name of the said victims.”

1. On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a document file under the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, with the name and official seal of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, “C,” and received an instruction from the said “C,” stating that “I will use the document file by printing out about ten U.S. dollars at the time of work” under the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, with the name and official seal of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission; and (b) while keeping the document file, the Defendant was instructed from the said “C” to the Busan Station until August 5, 2019.”

The Defendant, around August 5, 2019, using a local printer installed in the "FPC" bank located in Nam-gu Busan, Busan, [titles: Financial Crime Traceability Civil Petitions (No. 2019 type No. 2386)], and “1. He/she has the answer to the Financial Supervisory Service, accompanied by a new financial account tracking civil petition filed with the Financial Supervisory Service, accompanied by your thickness, No. 2019 type No. 2386.

2. The Financial Services Commission has directed the public prosecutor in charge of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office and investigators to conduct financial account tracking in accordance with major measures and cooperation documents related to tracking financial accounts.

3. The Financial Services Commission will conduct an account tracking, tallying, and tallying and checking account deposits and illegal funds through ear-to-face tracking, and may prove transparency in ear-to-face accounts through account tracking.

4. The Financial Services Commission shall ensure national security pursuant to Article 19 (7) of the Financial Services Commission Act.
