Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant entered into a contract with the Representative C on January 1, 2016 with respect to vessel management and towing and towing, and performed towing and towing and towing and towing operations from the port of navigation or port of navigation to B from January 1, 2019.
