1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of thirty million won; and

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) operated a non-registered motor bicycle (125cc estimate) at the section of approximately 116 meters from the front of the 471-1 STCO clothes around the Gulri-si in the Guri-si to the front of cultural marina.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not mandatory insurance;

Defendant 1 driving a two-wheeled automobile without registration at the same time and place as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1 without mandatory insurance.

3. On November 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased the said two-wheeled vehicle from a person who was in a fire via an off-to-face website on a 300,000 won and received it; (b) attached the “C” number plate that was not registered under the driver’s seat laying to the said two-wheeled vehicle; and (c) operated the two-wheeled vehicle at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air, and exercised the illegally used air.
