Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2018, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a 30km BM5 car from the front of the 1st century-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Sincheon-si, to the road located in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, for a 30km BM5 car from the road located in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si.
