A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, together with D, E, F, and name inf, sought holes from the pipelines managed by the victim dopco located in G Y G Y at Y Y, connected ices to the sp up to 100 meters away from the place, and conspired in order to prevent oil flow through the above sp by using the cres where surveillance is neglected.

1. In accordance with D’s instructions, the Defendant: (a) was driving H cargo vehicles; (b) was driving on, around August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (c) went to the above camping on August 25, 2014; and (d) the Defendant was able to report the network; and (c) opened a valve to connect the ices to the end of the ice connected to the oil pipelines; (d) the Defendant prepared to prepare for the ices, thereby carrying them onto the oil tank and carrying them on the cargo vehicle with the oil tank of KRW 3.2 million at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property in collaboration with D, E, F, and name in favor of the victim.

2. In accordance with D’s instructions, the Defendant: (a) was driving a I Car driven by the deceased and E, and F was driving H cargo vehicle and arriving in the camping area as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) on August 27, 2014; and (b) as between E and F, the Defendant was prepared at the end of the ice connected to the oil pipeline and connected with the ice, and the Defendant was attempted to make preparations by opening the valves of the following ices, which connected the strings, which were locked, with oil on the oil tank; and (c) did not result in the Defendant’s attempted to commit such act.
