Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car.

On February 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 21:30, and continued a gold-management distance in the gold industry in Yongcheon-si from the off of the bus terminal to the Youngcheon-do basin.

Since there is a temporary suspension display board and a red on-and-off signal, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to temporarily stop prior to entering the intersection according to the direction.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not temporarily stop, and instead proceeded on the right side from the left side of the course to the right side of the victim C (Woo, 47 years old) driving, followed the right side of the victim C (Woo) driving, and received even a door back portion as the front part of the defendant's knife.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as salt scams, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and scams, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victims E (V, 48 years of age) who were on board the above-learning vehicle.
