1. Details of the disposition;

A. On September 15, 1978, the Plaintiff was newly appointed as a teacher of B elementary school, and was promoted to an assistant principal of an elementary school on March 1, 2009, and was in office as an assistant principal from September 1, 201 to C elementary school.

B. Around September 6, 2012, a civil petition filed with the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education stating that the Plaintiff made an indecent act against female students and female faculty members at C elementary schools or made a speech that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation.

C. On October 4, 2012, the Defendants demanded the Gyeonggi-do General Disciplinary Committee for Public Educational Officials to make a resolution on disciplinary action against the Plaintiff for the following reasons (hereinafter “instant misconduct”).

On November 13, 2012, the head of the District Education Office of Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter referred to as the “head of the District Education Office”) issued a disposition of removal from office against the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition of removal from office”) on the ground that the Plaintiff violated Article 63 of the State Public Officials Act and constitutes “a person for whom a resolution of disciplinary action corresponding to dismissal, dismissal, demotion, or suspension from office is required” as prescribed by Article 73-3(1)3 of the State Public Officials Act.

E. The Gyeonggi-do General Disciplinary Committee for Public Educational Officials shall be the Plaintiff on November 29, 2012.
